A Note to Our Valued Customers
Recently, we sent out a letter to all of our End Users requesting that they update all authorized signatories, addresses, contact information, etc. pertaining to their ASSA High Security restricted keyway agreement. I have had a tremendous response to the mailing and have heard the same request from many of you: "Why isn't the ASSA Controlled Product Delivery Form available for download on your web site?" In response to this admittedly obvious oversight on our part, we are making it available in Adobe® Portable Document Format (PDF) for your convenience. You can download it here or visit our Download Area for the form and other useful ASSA material. As a safeguard to ensure maximum security to an End User's key system and hence, their facility, we require that this form accompany all orders for End User restricted product placed with ASSA through wholesale distribution. Please note that this form is NOT to be used to update any information in the contract. A simple letter on your letterhead signed by an authorized signatory is all that is needed if any updates are necessary.

Master Key Information Spreadsheet Required
ASSA requires that master key information for all factory generated systems be transmitted in
electronic format to our key records specialist. We have developed a simple spreadsheet that
can be downloaded onto your computer and easily sent via e-mail or saved to a floppy disk and mailed.

The order log template file can be downloadeded below. You will need Microsoft Excel to run the program. Please e-mail the completed file to ASSA key records, e-mail address Adautaj@assalock.com or a floppy disk can be mailed to ASSA, Inc., P.O. Box 9453, New Haven, CT 06534-0453. Master key purchase orders can be faxed to 800-892-3256 or mailed to the above address. Announcing the ASSA Certified Service Center (ACSC)
ASSA has instituted a new program for our select locksmith dealers;
the ASSA Certified Service Center (ACSC). The ACSC is guaranteed an area of
exclusivity of no less than a 25-mile radius of its principal place of business and is
authorized to perform all field warranty work for ASSA within its territory. For further
details or to learn how to become an authorized ACSC, contact your local
ASSA Sales Representative.
