The Force Protection Equipment Demonstration (FPED) is an Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear, Chemical and Biological Defense Programs-sponsored event and is a forum to showcase commercial-off-the-shelf equipment from a wide range of vendors covering twenty physical security equipment categories. FPED is a large event in which the government and exhibitors from the U.S. and allied nations display Force Protection Equipment available for procurement and testing.
